Happy New Year

WE had a awesome day today,we had our first swimming lessons at Pattersons it was great, we are going to learn really well with Mr Patterson as our teacher( he has 7 boys!!!),we do swimming every day for two weeks.When we got home after a big play in the pool we were allowed to play our new playstation game , for the first time.Mum did lots of house work,then we went to a party at the park up from our old house in Headingly Lane.It was so much fun ,there was lots of relay games,a kids fear factor,Free sausages,face painting.card making ,ferris wheels,lollies,and a free Movie called Surfs up, the best thing of all was heaps of our mates were there so we had a blast with them.We stayed up till 11pm and hit our pillows and were asleep instantly.Poor dad has to work tonight till 2pm.

Fun with the Myttons

On Boxing Day we went to the Myttons for a few days ,we had so much fun with them we played lots of games, including chess,we played golf with my clubs from the recycle centre,i had running races with Scott and guess what he cheats!!!! We went to Quinneys bush and that was very cool, there was a water slide there ,a river, a awesome muddy bike track and lots of cool things to play on.We saw lots of friends from school there.We had lots of nice BBQs and dad got very serious playing chess with Tracey.We also went to the school pool and library and played tee ball.Grace ,Luke and Kate are very cute.We had such a good time we might go back again later in January.(Dad cant wait to play Chess with Tracey ,he is thinking of practising on the computor.)Scott also let us look through his Ambulance.We had lots of late nights and got very very tired,but we had fun.

Traditionally we wake up extra early on Christmas day and this year was no exception,we woke at 4am in the morning Santa was kind enough to leave a gift on the end of our bed so we opened them up as we arent allow to go downstairs until mum and dad get up.Finally they got up at 8.30 and we opened our presents we were very lucky and got lots of very cool presents from Santa, mum and dad,family and friends.After opening our presents we had lots of yummy fruit,nuts and croissants.Mum put on the chocolate dip maker and we dipped all our fruit in it Yum.After lunch when we had played with all our presents we went to the beach,we all went boogie boarding and Matthew tried out his new skim board.We had a amazing day but we did miss our family's.

Two days to Christmas.

Tonight we went light seeing again we went out to Olivia and Georgia's Nana and granddads house and Santa was sitting there in a sleigh,he asked us what we want for Christmas.Matthew said he wants a golf bag,rollerblades,and a hockey stick.Hayden wants lego city and i didnt ask Santa for anything as im not to keen on talking to strangers he gave us a lollie though.We were very tired and grumpy at eachother tonight so then mum brought us home.
