Soccer,ripper,roller hockey,cricket,camp,and the list goes on.....

My life rocks at the moment firstly mum and dad have finally let me join roller hockey after a year of trying to convince them(sometimes my persistence pays off!!!),i went to open day and signed up ,i even got to play a game.I have also signed up to play rugby for Nelson this year, i am playing soccer for Tahuna on Wednesday night,ripper rugby for Tahuna on friday night,and cricket on Saturdays for Tahuna.I have just been to teapot valley for three days for school camp,it rocked ,we had awesome food,home baking and did so many activities like Archery,wall climbing,confidence course,flying fox,orienteering,waterslide,the bucking bronco(i stayed on the longest and won),indoor hockey,maze,gym,top team events and heaps of eating.Also we had free time and went on walks.The teachers wanted us worn out and they sure suceeded.Dad was a camp dad and everyone thought he was cool.He had us very organise and we had the tidiested bunk room so we got extra play time.We also had the most empty plates.I have heaps of new friends that live around me.MY friend Caleb came over today and we made a bow and arrow with bamboo with dads help.

I am very good at tee ball,i played on Saturday morning for Tahana school i got player of the day for hitting the ball really hard i got a home run!!!I got a awesome cup to keep for the week.I am also playing soccer on tuesday night.

PLAYER OF THE DAY

The highlight of my week was playing cricket on Saturday because we played Hope and i got to see all my friends that go to school there,it was especially good to see Cambell.I got player of the day for good bowling and always having a smile on my face, and guess what,Cambell got player of the day for his team too.Mum and Kathy are going to organize it so we can both go to the aquatic centre together.Mum has been a bit slack with the camera so she got a picture of me asleep,after another very busy day.

MR Busy

I am the Mr Busy of the family i love being busy but i do get very tired and have meltdowns sometimes from trying to do so much.I enrolled myself into cricket but it was cancelled,we were also meant to go on a bike wise funday today but it was cancelled.Lucky we had touch finals all day yesterday and there were heaps of my friends from Tahana school there to hang out with.Last night they had a function at the ocean lodge for all the touch people, i went with dad ,and mum came later with H and J , I manage to consume 9 raspberrys and cokes even before mum got there, mum is not looking forward to me becoming of legal age to drink.Anyway because the bike ride was cancelled i did my homework which is below i had a card board cut out and i had to make it look like me,it was right up my alley really,i am very keen to play roller hockey hence the theme ,it is due tommorrow.Mum and dad met with my teacher this week,she is very strict but does lots of cool stuff she is old school,mum and dad think this is great,we arent allowed to sit with our friends and she expects to have the best behaved class in the school.This week my name got put in the good box for being really kind and playing with a girl that is autistic i was very happy that someone notice i was being so nice.I have had lots of friends to my house this week ,next week it is Haydens turn to have some friends.Yesterday our tuis team won the final ,we won $200 we are going to have a BBQ with it at our house.Tonight we are off to a BBQ to celebrate the end of touch and thank all the wifes and families for there support.Matt

Thankyou Deryn

I have been very lucky this week,it was so exciting when i went to the mail box and found a parcel from deryn for my birthday it is a very cool puzzle,mum also got a parcel from Deryn last week for her birthday.Thanks Deryn.I have had a very busy week we have been to Rabbit island for the day and had a big walk to the Tahana library.Mum and dad had a meeting with my teacher this week and she said i am a dear wee boy!!!I am going to get very fit going to this school because we go for a run every day and i walk to school every day.I went to a friends house this week his name is Konan he lives in a Motel his parents own it.I would like to live in a Motel. We had touch all day yesterday and i played with one of my new friend Nash all day he is cool.We were meant to go on a bike ride today but it was cancelled.Tonight we are off to a thankyou BBQ for all the refs familys , i am pleased touch is over because dad can put us to bed more,i love dad reading me stories.
